By downloading, installing, or using any mobile game published by Excedption (the "Games"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Games.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the publisher. They supplement, and do not replace, the platform agreements you have with Apple Inc. (App Store) and Google LLC (Google Play).
These Terms apply to all mobile games published under the Excedption name, including:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device you own or control.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Games; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; (c) rent, lease, or sublicense the Games; (d) use the Games in any way that violates applicable law.
The Games may offer a one-time in-app purchase labeled "Remove Ads" for USD 5.99 (price may vary by region and is set by the respective app store). Upon successful purchase, ads will be disabled for the duration of your ownership of the purchasing device account.
All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. (StoreKit) or Google LLC (Google Play Billing). We do not receive or store your payment information.
Refund requests are handled exclusively by the platform provider under its own refund policy:
We do not issue direct refunds and cannot intervene in platform refund decisions.
The in-app "Restore Purchase" option reconnects your purchase to the Games on the current device account. Loss of purchase history due to account changes (e.g., switching app stores, creating a new account) is the user's responsibility.
You agree not to (a) attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate gameplay through unauthorized tools; (b) use the Games to engage in harassment or illegal activity; (c) attempt to disable or circumvent advertising shown by the Games.
The Games are funded by advertising. By using the Games without an active "Remove Ads" purchase, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed. Our advertising practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
All game content — including graphics, sounds, text, and code — is owned by the publisher or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in this content beyond the limited license above.
THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE GAMES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (IF ANY).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Game at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Games after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
If you are a consumer residing outside Korea, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition.
